My work as a Treasurer consists of general financial administration, payment transactions, bookkeeping, handling of grant applications, personnel management, management of rented facilities and the cooperation with the Federal Ministry of Education and Research.

As the world`s largest independent, non-political and non-profit making law student`s association, ELSA provides a perfect platform for law students to acquire new skills and further develop their exisitng skills and knowledge. ELSA-events include a wide range of acitivites and the opportunity to interact with students as well as professionals on an international level. 

As a member of the local board, I get the chance to actively contribute to the vision of ELSA and participate in meetings or conferences all over Europe. Furthermore I get to know a lot of fellow students, but also a first-hand insight on how a local board (like ELSA BERN) is administrated.
